Detox Corn On The Cob

Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place cobs into a pan of simmering water (do not add salt).
- 2 bring to the boil over a high heat and then reduce to a simmer for about 20-30 minutes or until the corn is a bright yellow and tender.
- 3 drain and dab excess water with kitchen towel.
- 4 drizzle the oil over the corn cobs and then gently rub all over.
- 5 sprinkle pepper over cobs and serve as an accompaniment.
