Sweet Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (13.25 ounce) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

    Ready Time: 1 hr 15 mins

  • preheat the oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • place the sliced kielbasa into a 9x13 inch baking dish. in a medium bowl, stir together the cranberry sauce and pineapple chunks. pour over the kielbasa and stir to coat.
  • bake for about 1 hour in the preheated oven or until sauce thickens.
