Easy Asian Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins Ready Time: 45 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. pour soy sauce and vinegar over chicken, then sprinkle with bell pepper and top with water chestnuts.
  • bake at 350 degrees f (175 degrees c) for about 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
