Chocolate Frozen Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 cup unflavored gelatin
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 place two cups of yoghurt into a yohurt cheese maker and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. if you do not have a yoghurt cheese maker, you can line a colander with cheese cloth and place the yoghurt in the colander instead. this removes liquid from the yoghurt.
- 2 in a sqaucepan combine milk, sugar, salt and gelatin. mix well and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. allow this to cool.
- 3 add the cocoa powder to the saucepan and mix well. add the strained yoghurt. discard the liquid that has separated from the yoghurt.
- 4 place the yoghurt mixture in your ice cream or frozen yoghurt maker for 20 to 40 minutes depending on the machine.
