- 8 slices bread (no crust)
- 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 10 ounces low-fat creamed spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pieces healthy choice breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 crumble bread and mix other ingredients and pour over bread and stir. bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until set in the middle.
