Breakfast Casserole

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices bread (no crust)
  • 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 10 ounces low-fat creamed spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces healthy choice breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 crumble bread and mix other ingredients and pour over bread and stir. bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until set in the middle.
