Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 green apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice or 1 cup cider
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in slow cooker, and sprinkle with cranberries and apples.
- 2 mix brown sugar and apple juice, and pour over chicken and fruit.
- 3 cover and cook on loe for 6-8 hours.
