cran-apricot sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2/3 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 put apricot preserves, cinnamon, sugar and orange juice in large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • 2 add cranberries and bring mixture back to a boil.
  • 3 simmer till sauce is thickened and cranberries have popped.
  • 4 put mixture in a food mill and process till solids are separated.
  • 5 let cool and serve!
