cran-apricot sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 cup orange juice
Recipe
- 1 put apricot preserves, cinnamon, sugar and orange juice in large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 2 add cranberries and bring mixture back to a boil.
- 3 simmer till sauce is thickened and cranberries have popped.
- 4 put mixture in a food mill and process till solids are separated.
- 5 let cool and serve!
