Cinnamon Toast Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
Recipe
- 1 grease an 11x8" cake pan lightly with butter.
- 2 sprinkle cinnamon sugar into the pan and tap out excess.
- 3 in a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon and mix well.
- 4 in a measuring cup, beat the egg and then fill with water to 1 1/2 cups.
- 5 add vanilla to the egg and water mixture.
- 6 add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients.
- 7 bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
- 8 when cake is done, spread butter over the top and sprinkle cinnamon sugar onto it.
