Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bites

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 preheat stove on medium (about 6 on a scale of 1-10).
- 2 open can of biscuits and squash or roll each biscuit until it is about 1/4 of an inch.
- 3 cut each thin biscuit in half (half moons), then cut each half into thirds.
- 4 mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- 5 drop the biscuit pieces into the oil until they are golden brown. they will puff up, so make sure they aren't crowded in the pan.
- 6 coat the donut pieces in the cinnamon sugar.
