Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bites

Total Time: 4 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat stove on medium (about 6 on a scale of 1-10).
  • 2 open can of biscuits and squash or roll each biscuit until it is about 1/4 of an inch.
  • 3 cut each thin biscuit in half (half moons), then cut each half into thirds.
  • 4 mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  • 5 drop the biscuit pieces into the oil until they are golden brown. they will puff up, so make sure they aren't crowded in the pan.
  • 6 coat the donut pieces in the cinnamon sugar.
