Cran-orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 peel orange and break in half.
  • 2 place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve immediately.
