- 3 lbs lamb roast
- 15 ounces apricot jam
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 cup chopped onion
Recipe
- 1 place roast in slow cooker.
- 2 in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. pour over meat.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. transfer meat to serving plate. serve with cooking juices.
