Apricot Glazed Lamb Roast

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs lamb roast
  • 15 ounces apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chopped onion

Recipe

  • 1 place roast in slow cooker.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. pour over meat.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. transfer meat to serving plate. serve with cooking juices.
