Butter Crusted Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bottle beer
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, parsley and sugar on low for 1 minute.
- 2 add beer and continue to mix for another minute or until beer is thoroughly incorporated pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
- 3 pour melted butter on top.
- 4 bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 5 let stand 10 minutes before serving.
