Butter Crusted Beer Bread

Total Time: 58 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, parsley and sugar on low for 1 minute.
  • 2 add beer and continue to mix for another minute or until beer is thoroughly incorporated pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
  • 3 pour melted butter on top.
  • 4 bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 5 let stand 10 minutes before serving.
