Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 rinse tomatoes and shake off excess water.
- 2 place in a plastic bag with the garlic and the salt.
- 3 let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- 4 turn occasionally to blend flavours.
- 5 rinse tomatoes briefly before serving.
