Chocolate Ice Cream Roll

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 spray jelly roll pan, cover with parchment and sprinkle powdered sugar over parchment.
  • 3 pour batter, banging trays to release air bubbles (you want it as smooth as possible).
  • 4 bake at 350 for 15 min or until batter pulls away from the edge. take out and let cool.
  • 5 cut pieces of ice cream, lie over cake, and roll up.
  • 6 wrap in parchment paper and foil and freeze for as long as you like.
