Ingredients

- 4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water (you may need a bit more)
Recipe
- 1 combine all dry ingredients to create about 8 cups of mix.
