Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancake Mix

Ingredients

  • Servings: 48
  • 4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water (you may need a bit more)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all dry ingredients to create about 8 cups of mix.
