Crabmeat And Yogurt Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lb cooked crabmeat
  • 6 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup minced chives
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 gently stir all ingredients together and chill 2 - 3 hours. garnish each serving with a sliver or two green pepper.
