Cranberry Apple Crunch

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups apples, diced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/2 cup maple syrup, to make it healthier
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup honey, & 1/4 cup molasses to make it healthier
  • 1/3 cup flour or 1/3 cup whole wheat flour, for a healthier alternative
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first four ingredients together and put mixture in a greased pan; set aside.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; crumble them on top of the cranberry mixture.
  • 3 bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
