Cranberry Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 4 cups cranberries, picked over and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons -wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon drained bottled horseradish
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted lightly and chopped fine

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, coarsely chop the cranberries and transfer them to a bowl. add the sugar, vinegar and horseradish and toss the mixture well.
  • 2 chill the mixture, covered, for 30 minutes and stir in the walnuts. serve the sauce as as accompaniment to turkey, lamb or beef.
