Creamy Pineapple-banana Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (15 1/4 ounce) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 dissolve gelatin in boiling water. stir in reserved pineapple juice and sour cream; chill until thickened. fold in pineapple chunks, banana and nuts. pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill 2 hours or until firm.
