Champagne Salad

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) envelope grape gelatin
  • 1 cup champagne or 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 lb grapes, halved
  • 8 ounces chopped walnuts
  • 1 lb strawberry, halved
  • 1 lb chopped rhubarb
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 boil 1 cup hot water and stir in jello mix.
  • 2 then add the champange.
  • 3 mix well and then mix in the ricotta and fruit and nuts.
  • 4 chill at least 1 hour.
