Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) envelope grape gelatin
- 1 cup champagne or 1 cup ginger ale
- 1/2 lb grapes, halved
- 8 ounces chopped walnuts
- 1 lb strawberry, halved
- 1 lb chopped rhubarb
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
Recipe
- 1 boil 1 cup hot water and stir in jello mix.
- 2 then add the champange.
- 3 mix well and then mix in the ricotta and fruit and nuts.
- 4 chill at least 1 hour.
