- 1 1/2 lbs lamb butt, cut in thick strips
- 1/2 cup red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 pour food coloring over lamb strips, one by one, rubbing color into lamb.
- 2 mix other ingredients and marinade lamb in it for 1-2 days.
- 3 broil for 1 1/2 hours on lower rack.
