Cinnamon Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
  • 1 g splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, bring rice, water, and milk to a boil, stirring occasionally. lower heat, cover tightly,and cook 15 minutes on low until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  • 2 mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over rice to serve.
