- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
- 1 g splenda sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, bring rice, water, and milk to a boil, stirring occasionally. lower heat, cover tightly,and cook 15 minutes on low until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- 2 mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over rice to serve.
