- 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 lettuce leaves
Recipe
- 1 drain crabmeat and toss with mayo, hot sauce and lemon juice.
- 2 divide crab among lettuce leaves. fold sides in, then roll up leaves to encase crabmeat. cut each roll in half.
