Ingredients

• 1 lb ultra fine ground sugar (not confectioners sugar)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 ounces butter
• 2 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Recipe

• 1 heat mild over low to medium heat in medium sauce pan. stir in sugar gradually until dissolved. add butter and condensed milk. mix well. when uniform in texture, simmer about 35 minutes. to change consistency, add more milk or water.
