Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup buttermilk, skim
- 1 clove garlic, put through a press
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chives, finely snipped
- salt, optional
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
- 2 process until smooth.
