Creamy Scalloped Cabbage

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs cabbage (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 cups sauce
  • salt & pepper
  • soda cracker (crushed)
  • butter

Recipe

  • 1 cook cabbage in boiling salt water until almost tender; drain thoroughly.
  • 2 place in lightly buttered casserole.
  • 3 pour sauce over top.
  • 4 season with salt & pepper.
  • 5 cover with cracker crumbs.
  • 6 dot with butter.
  • 7 bake at 350° until lightly browned, about 25 to 30 minutes.
