Champagne Ice

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles champagne

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
  • 2 transfer mixture to the freezer can of a 1-gallon electic ice cream freezer.
  • 3 freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
  • 4 ripen for 1 hour.
