Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 (750 ml) bottles champagne
Recipe
- 1 mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
- 2 transfer mixture to the freezer can of a 1-gallon electic ice cream freezer.
- 3 freeze according to the manufacturer's directions.
- 4 ripen for 1 hour.
