Champiñones Al Brandy

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb mushroom
  • 1 cup sherry wine
  • 1 cup brandy (i like brandy presidente)
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 coat frying pan with olive oil (try to use as little as possible to coat, may be less than 1 tbsp).
  • 2 cook onion and garlic until soft. season with salt.
  • 3 add mushrooms, sherry and brandy.
  • 4 cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
