Champiñones Al Brandy

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/2 lb mushroom
- 1 cup sherry wine
- 1 cup brandy (i like brandy presidente)
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 coat frying pan with olive oil (try to use as little as possible to coat, may be less than 1 tbsp).
- 2 cook onion and garlic until soft. season with salt.
- 3 add mushrooms, sherry and brandy.
- 4 cook about 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft.
