Danish Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 medium red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly

Recipe

  • 1 slice red cabbage thinly.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except jelly.
  • 3 cover and boil 1 hour.
