Anzac Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour

Recipe

  • 1 dissolved baking soda in milk, then add butter, golden syrup and brown sugar and mix well.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • 3 three-quarters fill well-greased muffin pans and bake 190 c for 15-20 minutes.
