Chicken Stuffed With Herbs And Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt, organic
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

Recipe

  • 1 slit breast horizontally.
  • 2 mix rice, yogurt, and herbs together.
  • 3 stuff chicken and bake.
