Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 fresh apple, cored
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 -6 ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. serve immediately, sprinkling with extra cinnamon if desired.
