Chicken Stuffed With Ham And Swiss

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-fat ham, cubed
  • 2 slices lowfat swiss cheese

Recipe

  • 1 slit chicken breasts to create a pocket.
  • 2 tear or cut cheese slices in half, tucking 2 halves into each breast.
  • 3 fill space between cheese with ham cubes.
  • 4 bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
