Bacon Wrapped Lamb Tenderloin With Maple-mustard Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 6 -8 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Recipe

  • 1 sauce:.
  • 2 combine ingredients.
  • 3 simmer till thickened approximately 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 lamb tenderloin.
  • 5 coat lamb with mustard.
  • 6 wrap with bacon.
  • 7 roast at 350 degrees till internal temp of 170 degrees. approximately 1-1 1/2 hours.
