Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 -4 tablespoons shortening
- 2/3 cup milk (about)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Recipe
- 1 sift flour, salt, powder.
- 2 add shortening and mix well.
- 3 stir in milk with a fork.
- 4 turn dough onto floured moulding board.
- 5 knead 10 to 20 times.
- 6 roll or pat out to 1/2 to 3/4 thickness.
- 7 cut.
- 8 place on greased baking sheet.
- 9 bake in oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
