Chicken And Black Bean Burritos

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice 
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed 
- 1 cup salsa 
- 2 teaspoons chili powder 
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 
- 1 tablespoon lime juice 
- 8 whole wheat tortillas 
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
Recipe
- 1 in a microwavable bowl combine chicken, beans, salsa and chili powder. cook on high for 2 minutes or until hot, stirring at least once. 
- 2 put the warm cooked rice in a bowl and stir in the lime juice and cilantro. 
- 3 heat your tortillas as directed on the package, put 1/2 cup chicken mixture, 1/4 cup rice mixture and 2 tablespoons cheese down the middle of each tortilla. roll up and serve with more salsa and maybe some sour cream.
