- 2 cups canned chick-peas, drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup pimentos, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- lettuce, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 combine mayonnaise and horseradish.
- 2 now combine all other ingredients.
- 3 chill until ready to serve.
- 4 serve on lettuce.
