Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups canned chick-peas, drained
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pimentos, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • lettuce, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 combine mayonnaise and horseradish.
  • 2 now combine all other ingredients.
  • 3 chill until ready to serve.
  • 4 serve on lettuce.
