- 260 g corn (canned)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (small diced)
- 1 red pepper (small diced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
Recipe
- 1 .heat the oil in wok the add the onion and saute until wilted but not brown.
- 2 add the bell peppers and the corn .sprinkle with some salt, pepper, and chilli powder, and continue cooking over med-low heat,
- 3 stirring frequently, until all liquid (if any) completely evaporates.adjust the seasonings .sprinkle lemon juice and serve it.
