Corn Chaat

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 260 g corn (canned)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (small diced)
  • 1 red pepper (small diced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 .heat the oil in wok the add the onion and saute until wilted but not brown.
  • 2 add the bell peppers and the corn .sprinkle with some salt, pepper, and chilli powder, and continue cooking over med-low heat,
  • 3 stirring frequently, until all liquid (if any) completely evaporates.adjust the seasonings .sprinkle lemon juice and serve it.
