Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium size bowl, gently fold together the cranberries, mandarin oranges, cinnamon and walnuts.
  • 2 cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • 3 garnish with orange zest if desired.
