Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

- 6 ounces (2 pkg dry mix) cranberry jell-o gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a 1 1/2 to 2 qt dish, combine jell-o mix and boiling water, mix until jell-o is dissolved.
- 2 stir in cranberry sauce, mix until well blended.
- 3 add entire can of pineapple, including juice, mix well.
- 4 chill in fridge until partially set, about 45 min to an hour.
- 5 spoon sour cream on top and swirl through with a knife.
- 6 chill until firm.
- 7 *note:i have never been able to successfully"swirl" the sour cream through mine usually ends up just being lazily mixed in so i end up with a kind of spotty looking mixture tastes great nonetheless.
