Cranberry Salad

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 6 ounces (2 pkg dry mix) cranberry jell-o gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 in a 1 1/2 to 2 qt dish, combine jell-o mix and boiling water, mix until jell-o is dissolved.
  • 2 stir in cranberry sauce, mix until well blended.
  • 3 add entire can of pineapple, including juice, mix well.
  • 4 chill in fridge until partially set, about 45 min to an hour.
  • 5 spoon sour cream on top and swirl through with a knife.
  • 6 chill until firm.
  • 7 *note:i have never been able to successfully"swirl" the sour cream through mine usually ends up just being lazily mixed in so i end up with a kind of spotty looking mixture tastes great nonetheless.
