Dandelion Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dandelion greens
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lemon wedge (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 wash greens well, make sure to remove all sands and dirt.
  • 2 boil water.
  • 3 place greens in water.
  • 4 boil until greens are soft.
  • 5 drain greens.
  • 6 save water to drink afterwards.
  • 7 spritz the lemon if wanted.
  • 8 eat greens and enjoy the goodness!
