- 1 cup dandelion greens
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon wedge (optional)
Recipe
- 1 wash greens well, make sure to remove all sands and dirt.
- 2 boil water.
- 3 place greens in water.
- 4 boil until greens are soft.
- 5 drain greens.
- 6 save water to drink afterwards.
- 7 spritz the lemon if wanted.
- 8 eat greens and enjoy the goodness!
