Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sweet milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 egg whites, stiffly-beaten
Recipe
- 1 heat aebleskiver pan until hot.
- 2 put small amount of melted fat in each cup and add 2 tablespoons batter.
- 3 when batter starts to bubble and edges are browned, turn over with a fork and bake on other side.
- 4 serve while hot, with jelly and sugar.
