Cabbage, Rice, Tuna, Cheese Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup rice, cooked, without any spices
  • 1/2 cabbage, nicely chopped
  • 6 ounces tuna in vegetable oil
  • bulgarian cheese
  • salt or pepper or some lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix the cabbage, tuna (with the oil!) and crumble the cheese in your hands into the bowl -- heat the rice (or take directly form the pot, while still hot) and pour into the bowl. mix nicely, season with salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice (not a must) and serve while rice is still warm -- .
