Ingredients

- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked (cooked measurement)
- 4 tablespoons soft margarine
- 1 cup low-fat cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
- salt
Recipe
- 1 in large covered saucepan in as little water as possible, cook shredded cabbage over medium heat until crisp-tender.
- 2 lower the heat and stir in the rice, margarine, cheese, and nutmeg. add salt to taste.
