Caramelized Ginger Onions (ww)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh gingerroot, slivered pared

Recipe

  • 1 place medium skillet over medium heat 30 seconds; heat oil 30 seconds more.
