Caribbean Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

- 3 medium bananas (about 1 lb.)
- 2 mangoes
- 1/4 cup apple juice or 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice cube
Recipe
- 1 chill the bananas and mangoes in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 2 peel and slice bananas and mangoes; place in a blender container.
- 3 add apple juice or coconut milk and honey. cover and blend until smooth.
- 4 with blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid.
- 5 blend until smooth.
- 6 makes 4 (8-ounce) servings.
