Caribbean Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 medium bananas (about 1 lb.)
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/4 cup apple juice or 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cube

Recipe

  • 1 chill the bananas and mangoes in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 2 peel and slice bananas and mangoes; place in a blender container.
  • 3 add apple juice or coconut milk and honey. cover and blend until smooth.
  • 4 with blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid.
  • 5 blend until smooth.
  • 6 makes 4 (8-ounce) servings.
