- 1 lb tomato, fresh
- 2 guajillo chilies
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt
Recipe
- 1 fry the onion and pepper in oil.
- 2 when cooked add the meat and cook 5 minutes.
- 3 in blender blend tomato and garlic and guajillo and salt.
- 4 add to the meat cook for 5 more minutes on low.
