Chicken China Moon

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • cooked rice, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 combine sesame seeds, ginger, sugar and soy sauce.
  • 2 grill chicken over medium coals, or broil 6 inches from heat source, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. baste with soy mixture frequently.
  • 3 garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
