Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- cooked rice, to serve
Recipe
- 1 combine sesame seeds, ginger, sugar and soy sauce.
- 2 grill chicken over medium coals, or broil 6 inches from heat source, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. baste with soy mixture frequently.
- 3 garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
