Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth or 1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh scallions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
