Cool Chicken Pita

Ingredients
- 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
- 1 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- zucchini, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 whole-grain pita bread rounds
Recipe
